Nando’s, opened its second restaurant in Port Louis on Wednesday. It will be open every day for lunch and dinner. “I think that Port Louis is one of the most dynamic cities, full of heritage and character. With the opening of a Nando’s restaurant, I hope we add more flavour to this great destination,” said Mark Elsbury, managing director of Nando’s.
He added, “The Nando’s experience is not only about convenience and eating delicious flame-grilled Peri-Peri chicken but also dining in a warm, relaxed and inspirational environment.
The communication officer, Michele Smith said, “Nando’s offers healthy food that is prepared quickly.”
Nando’s has also extended its product range with delicious new food items like the chicken steak and chicken pitas and new refreshing designer drinks.
The restaurant’s management also announced the launch a special event known as the Nando’s Night Race. To highlight the city’s heritage, the Nando’s will plan and design the race track around its national heritage landmarks.
Elsbury plans to open a total of seven Nando’s restaurants in Mauritius within the next four years. For the school holidays, Nando’s also intends to offer
special food items for students.
