Nuclear-armed India and Pakistan plan to attend an international summit on nuclear security to be hosted by US President Barack Obama next month, officials said on Tuesday.

The Central Electricity Board (CEB) proposes to put on sale one million energy-saving bulbs for the benefit of consumers in May. The project aims at reducing the consumption of electricity during the peak hours at night, said C Dabeedin, general manager of the CEB.
